What Is a Guaranteed Delivery Program?
Guaranteed Delivery Program helps customers to get faster shipping of their product, and they make a clear date of delivery time whereas if you order a product which is non-guaranteed the dates are not sure and in the guaranteed delivery program dates are clear to costumers that their product will arrive on that date only. So costumer has a better option to get their product faster. There are 2 types of guaranteed delivery One-Day Delivery/Two-Day Delivery based on your performance you can get this offer.
What Are The Requirements For the Guaranteed Delivery Program?
If you’re applying for Guaranteed Delivery Program your data metrics will be checked from the last 30 days and if your metrics are not good then you will be rejected from Guaranteed Delivery Program if it’s good then you’re eligible to enroll in Guaranteed Delivery Program.
Most of the time these 4 metrics are checked late dispatched rate, Cancellation rate, Order defect rate, Order count.
1: late dispatched rate not more than 1%
2: Cancellation rate not more than 1%
3: Order defect rate not than 0.5%
4: Order count more than 10 orders / monthly.
Note: if you enroll in Guaranteed Delivery Program you will receive both orders easy ship orders and Guaranteed Delivery orders also. Amazon has also added a Guaranteed Delivery option so the seller can easily check Guaranteed Delivery orders.
On the other hand, if your metrics are not good and you’re not maintaining your account metrics properly your Guaranteed Delivery Program will be revoked if amazon does find minimum requirements.
So you have to make sure that your seller account is in a good performance.
What is the timing to dispatch your Guaranteed Delivery Orders?
As Per Amazon Guideline
All orders under One-Day Delivery/Two-Day Delivery received in your system between midnight, 12:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Indian Standard Time (IST), Monday – Saturday, must be scheduled for pickup and handed over on the same day. These orders have an ESD of the same day.
All orders under the One-Day /Two-day Delivery received in your system between 12:30 p.m. and midnight, 12:00 a.m. IST, Monday – Friday have an ESD of next day. All orders received in your system on Saturday after 12:30 p.m. till Monday 12:30 p.m. IST have an ESD of Monday.
All orders placed on a holiday have an ESD of the next business day.
Sunday is a shipping holiday for One-Day/Two-Day delivery.
You need to schedule a pick-up by 12.45 p.m. in your system and keep the items ready for dispatch by 1:00 p.m. For Guaranteed Delivery orders, Amazon offers only one pick-up slot for all sellers that is from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. IST.
Note: Guaranteed Delivery Orders get canceled automatically if you’re not scheduled on time. This can impact your seller cancellation rate. And your Guaranteed Delivery Program may get revoked from your account. So at the time check your Guaranteed Delivery orders and Dispatch them on time.
How to get enroll in Guaranteed Delivery Program?
First, you need to fulfill all requirements and then you have to fill up a form given by amazon (Form Example Given Below).

1: You need to add your amazon merchant token id. If you can’t find your merchant token id there is an option given below (Click To find merchant token id) click on that you will be redirected to your seller account where the merchant token id will be. Now copy that and paste it.

2: Enter your registered email address which is connected with your seller account.

3: There are 2 options one is the Guaranteed Delivery Program second is Seller Fulfillment Prime Select Guaranteed Delivery Program. Don’t select Seller Fulfillment Prime Cause you’re not eligible for that you need Guaranteed Delivery Program to enable then only you can enroll on Seller Fulfillment Prime.

4: Now click on submit the form. Wait for 24 to 48 hours amazon team will revert you back if you’re eligible you will get the Guaranteed Delivery Program.

If you’re not eligible try after 30 days.
Once you receive mail from amazon that you’re eligible for Guaranteed Delivery Program.
Now you need to enable Guaranteed Delivery Program in your seller account.
1: Go to seller central
2: Click on settings and then click on shipping settings
3: Scroll down now you will see there is an edit option click on that and again scroll down Click on enable to Guaranteed Delivery Program and then click on save. Now you’re eligible for Guaranteed Delivery Program (Example images are given below).
